The lysate is then filtered (0.2 \u00b5m) and pooled from multiple donors to reduce lot-to-lot variability.<\/p>\n\n<h2>hPL vs FBS \u2014 key differences<\/h2>\n<p>Unlike FBS, hPL provides human-sequence growth factors that are species-matched for human cell culture. For MSCs, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and other primary human cells, human growth factor receptor binding is more efficient with human-sequence ligands than with bovine FBS equivalents.
