\n Gamma irradiation achieves this by exposing the serum to a\n controlled dose of ionising radiation, which inactivates viral and\n microbial contaminants without the heat exposure associated with\n heat inactivation, helping to preserve the serum's native growth\n factor and protein profile.\n <\/p>\n
