What is separation solution used for?
Density gradient separation solution isolates PBMCs from whole blood or buffy coat by density gradient centrifugation. Cells layer at the interface based on buoyant density — mononuclear cells (1.070–1.077 g/mL) remain at the interface while erythrocytes and granulocytes pellet.
Is it endotoxin-tested?
Yes — sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and endotoxin-tested by LAL method (≤1 EU/mL). CoA provided per lot.
What volumes are available?
