Frequently Asked Questions
How long does custom media development take?
Simple modifications to an existing formulation take 2–4 weeks. Full custom development from scratch takes 8–16 weeks depending on cell line and complexity. GMP-grade production with complete documentation takes 3–6 months. A detailed project plan is provided at project start.
What volumes can you supply?
From 500 mL for initial research and development through to 1000+ litres for commercial production. Both liquid and dry powder formats are available. Multi-year supply agreements with volume commitments are available for commercial customers.
Can you reproduce a media formulation we already have?
Yes — we can reproduce existing formulations including licensed academic recipes (such as HENSM/NaivaCore), client-developed recipes, or modifications of commercial basal media. We handle all sourcing and QC under NDA.
Do you offer GMP-grade custom media production?
Yes. We produce under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 conditions with GMP-compatible manufacturing capability. Full regulatory documentation is included — CoA, CoO, stability data, sterility and endotoxin certificates. DMF/ASMF support is available for regulatory submissions.
