Human Serum (Mixed Donors)
EU and US-origin human serum from mixed donors — a cost- effective, broadly applicable choice for general human cell culture and diagnostic applications without strict blood-type requirements.
Cost-Effective
The most economical human serum grade — suited to general culture and assay work without strict donor requirements.
Clotted Serum
Standard clotted processing — a cost-effective choice where off-the-clot's full growth factor spectrum is not required.
HI or GI on Request
Available Heat Inactivated or Gamma Irradiated for complement-sensitive or higher biosafety applications.
Customisable & No MOQ
Donor age on request, bottle or bag packaging, from evaluation volumes to bulk supply.
The flexible entry point into human serum
Human Serum (Mixed Donors) is collected from a broad donor pool without blood-type restriction, making it the most accessible and cost-effective human serum grade in our range. For applications without a specific blood-type or donor-gender requirement, this grade typically performs comparably to our more tightly specified products at a lower cost.
Where blood-group neutrality, donor-gender consistency or a specific processing method (off-the-clot, heat inactivation) is required, our Human Serum Type AB and related grades offer tighter specification.
Typical applications
- General human cell culture
- Non-specific diagnostic assay development
- Teaching and training laboratories
- Method development and screening
