Most bioprocesses use more than one single-use format at different stages: 2D bags for upstream media and buffer preparation, 3D bioreactor bags for the culture or fermentation step itself, and tank liners or container systems for bulk downstream storage and handling.
Our 3D bags scale from 100 L to 1000 L, covering pilot through commercial-scale mAb, vaccine and cell therapy production batches, while our rocker bags (10 L, 20 L and 50 L) provide gentler, low-shear mixing for shear-sensitive and microcarrier-based culture.
